Biography
Dr. Murali Rajagopalan Specialties are Polymer Science and Engineering, polymer physics and viscoelastic properties of polymers, polymer blends/alloys, ionomers, reactive processing, reactive extrusion, injection molding, thermoplastic elastomers and rubbers. A recipient of 2010 Society of Plastic Engineers "Research and Technology" prestigious society award. A recipient of the 2006 Society of Plastic Engineers "Fellow" award. A solo or a co-inventor of over 250 U.S. Patents issued to date on novel polymeric materials and their blends and alloys useful in golf ball compositions, the gamma radiation resistant medical devices based on novel vinyl copolymers and stabilitzers and high heat resistant vinyl alloys and blends for computer housing and HVAC applications. Proven track record in Project Management and Organizational skills. Proven track record in Quality Assurance for Raw Materials useful in golf ball compositons to support Supply Chain and golf ball Operations' business objectives.
