Roger M. Leblanc received his B. S. in chemistry in 1964 from Université Laval, Canada, and Ph. D. in physical chemistry in1968 from the same university. From 1968 to 1970, he was a postdoctoral fellow in the laboratory of Prof. George Porter, FRS, in Davy Faraday Research Lab, the Royal Institution of Great Britain. He was a professor from 1970 to 1993 at Department of Chemistry and Biology in Université du Québec à Trois Rivières, Canada. During this period, he was Chair from 1971 to 1975 at the same department, and Director from 1981 to 1991 at Photobiophysics Research Center. In 1994, he moved to University of Miami, where he has been a professor at Department of Chemistry since then to present. At University of Miami, he was Chair of Department of Chemistry from 1994 to 2002, and he is appointed as Chair from 2013 to present.

His current research interest is to apply 2-dimensional (2-D) surface chemistry combined with spectroscopy and microscopy to investigate the properties of nanomaterials (graphene oxide, carbon dots and quantum dots) and the fibrillation process of amyloidogenic proteins (insulin, amyloid-beta peptide and islet amyloid polypeptide). He is also interested to design and develop biosensors with high sensitivity and selectivity for diseases diagnosis.

Eamor M. Woo was born in Taichung, Taiwan. He earned a B.S. degree at National Cheng Kung University, Tainan, Taiwan, M.S. from Georgia Inst. Tech., Atlanta, USA, and finally studied polymer science with D. R. Paul at University of Texas at Austin, TX, USA (Ph.D. in 1984). After gaining further post-graduate academic and industrial experiences in US, he was recruited by his Alma Mater National Cheng Kung University, Tainan, Taiwan, and has been a faculty member (Professor of Chemical Engineering) since 1992, and is currently holding a distincuished chair professorship. His research group studies polymer crystal morphology, crystallization and growth, and phase behavior of multi-component polymers.

Prof Dr., Zizi Abdeen is a professor of petrochemicals in the Egyptian Petroleum Institute, Cairo, Egypt. She has been involved with more than 6 scientific supervisions and has attended about 10 national and international conferences. She has got 27 scientific paper publication and 1 book publication to her name.

She is a peer reviewer for 16 international journals and editor of 23 international journals. She is an expert in the field of standardisation and lab management

Hadi Al-Lami is Professor of Polymer and Ceramic Chemistry, he is working as a Head of Chemical, Biological, Radiological Safety and Security Department at College of Science/University of Basra. In addition to that, he teaches courses in advance polymer chemistry, inorganic polymers, and biomaterial chemistry. He has published more than 80 peer-reviewed papers and 10 Iraqi Patents, and two books

Dr. Eugen Axinte, presently is a professor at the Technical University "Gheorghe Asachi" Iasi. His activities include researching as the Faculty of Machine Building and Industrial Management, Department of Machine Building Technology at the Postgraduate High School.

He is skilled in coordination and monitoring of the homologation and launch activities of the products in the industrial manufacturing. His expertise is in advanced research in the field of Industrial Engineering.

Amer A. Taqa is a Professor at Dental Basic Science, College dentistry, Mosul University, Iraq. Have PhD degree in Dental chemistry. He has published more 100 researches papers in national and international academic journals and authored 22 books. He is editorial member in more than 140 international journals. He is Nominated as a member of the organizing committees for a number of international and local conferences.

His research interests include dental chemistry, medical chemistry, and inorganic chemistry.
